Investitionen Zone I.D.E.A.

In connection with the development of the VASA Industrial Zone, we have spent the last few years preparing investment sites in the I.D.E.A. Investment Zone. It covers an area of 158 hectares comprising local enterprises as well as companies with foreign capital. 20 hectares are still available for new investment.

The I.D.E.A. Investment Zone is conveniently located with easy access; the plots can be subdivided to meet your size and locality requirements. I.D.E.A. sites are suitable for production as well as services buildings.

Additionally, 7.6 hectares of the Zone area is a sub-zone of the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone “INVEST-PARK”. Investors, who are granted permission to establish their business here, enjoy public aid in the form of income tax exemption. In order to create the best conditions for investment, the town built Geodetów street (connecting the I.D.E.A. Investment Zone with national route No. 5), provided technical infrastructure and street lighting and built the Business Incubator.
